A must have reference for any home cook

This is one book I have in my collection of cook books that I go back to again and again. It is a great resource for anyone who enjoys cooking, and is looking for that little bit of information that is hard to find somewhere else.

I have hundreds of cookbooks, and this is one place I know I can look when another recipe calls for a certain sauce or condiment, or when I am looking for inspiration to create something new.

It is a book from the UK, but I live in Canada and haven't had any problems sourcing any of the ingredients called for.

A British publication, so some ingredients might be hard to get. But the mustard recipes alone make this book a winner!

I saw this book while waiting at Ruxbin in Chicago for dinner. Name a sauce--it's in there, along with a dish to serve it with. A must have for any foodie cook.
